Robin Crawford was born to Stella Crawford and John Gregson on September 27, 1977. Robin was a friendly baby. She was a popular baby wherever she went. When Robin was 13 years old, she won a most friendly contest sponsored by the Friendship Society in Dorinda, Maddocha.

Robin developed an interest in photography at the age of 13 also. She earned the money for her first camera by recycling aluminum cans. It took her nine months to earn enough money to buy her first camera. At the age of 16, she got a job working at Minter Photo Labs, where she learned a lot about photography. By her second year at the photo lab, she was made a manager. She is the youngest person to achieve this feat.

Robin now works at the Dorinda Herald as a photographer. Robin graduated from Beggs Street College.
